A fabulous and picturesque walks on the foot hill of Annapurna massive mountains with daily views of snow capped peaks on walk to Ghorepani and Poon Hill and back at lovely Pokhara valley, blessed with pristine natural environment where Annapurna Himalaya reflects on its serene Phewa and Begnas Lakes.Poon Hill Panorama express trekking an enjoyable and fascinating holiday around Annapurna Himalaya which suits people with limited time where one can complete this great walks within 3-4 days.This will be an excellent introductory walks for beginners to taste the touch of Himalayan terrain and its old culture visiting traditional Gurung and Poon / Magar farm villages in the shade of giant peaks of Annapurna Himalaya with magnificent Mt. Machhapuchhre ‘Fish Tail’.

Poon Hill Panorama Express Trekking starts and ends at beautiful Pokhara city, where the trek leads you into enchanting forest of tall rhododendron-magnolia-pines-oaks and fir trees, where in spring and summer the whole green hills will be alive with riots of colors when wild flowers in full bloom making the country a natural garden.Our journey leads uphill through nice villages to reach at Ghorepani home of Poon people of Magar tribes and then a short hike takes you at spectacular view point at Poon Hill and the highest point of the trek at 3,210 m high offering breathtaking panorama of 360° wide angle views of world’s three highest mountain range from Dhaulagiri-Annapurna to Manaslu Himalaya with majestic Mt. Machhapuchhre along with stunning sunrise views.

After an exciting and memorable time on the high hills of Annapurna return journey leads back at Pokhara after walking past Tadapani-Ghandruk and then finally this awesome Poon Hill Panorama Express Trekking concludes with a drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu.

Guideline Itinerary:

Day 01: Drive to Nayapul (trek point) and trek to Tirkhedhunga 1,440m-04 hrs.
Day 02: Trek to Ghorepani 2,860m - 08 hrs.
Day 03: Hike to Poon Hill and trek to Tadapani 2,630m - 07 hrs.
Day 04: Trek to kimche 1,560m via Ghandruk 1,940 m -o4 hrs.

Day 0 1: Drive to Nayapul (trekking point) and trek to Tirkhedhunga 1,440 m -04 hrs.

Starting our wonderful country walks to Poon Hill Panorama trekking with about two hours drive to Nayapul and Bhirethati villages, located near the river Modi where our first day walk starts past several farm villages with scenic waterfalls then a short gradual climb for few hours to reach at Tirkhedhunga for overnight stop in the comfort of nice lodge after a wonderful and interesting walks of few hours.

Day 02:  Trek to Ghorepani (2,850m | 9,130ft) overnight in lodge - 06 hrs.

Morning starting with a climb to a series of stone steps for an hour to Ulleri village, a moderate size Gurung village of traditional Nepali hill with slated roofs.From here walk leads to a slow climb into pristine and cool rhododendron, pine forest area to reach Ghorepani village, located on a high ridge within beautiful rhododendron trees.Ghorepani village mostly inhabited by Poon of Magar tribe, a famous and popular place for Poon Hill view top an hour hike uphill.

Day 03:  Hike to Poon Hill and trek to Ghandruk 1,940 m via Tadapani 2,640 m - 06 hrs.

Early morning before sunrise hike to Poon Hill view point for stunning views of sunrise over range of mountains from world 7th highest Dhaulagiri-10th highest Annapurna with range of peaks includes world 8th highest Manaslu with towering Machhapuchare peak “Fish Tail”.

After an exciting and marvelous time with memorable views from Poon Hill, return to Ghorepani and continue climb into green forest of rhododendron for an hour to Deurali top and then descend into a gorge through cool forest to Tadapani.From Tadapani walk is easy on gradual path through lovely woodland and then a long descend to reach at a large Gurung village at Ghandruk for overnight stop.

Day 04: Trek to Kimche 1,560 m and drive to Pokhara - 05 hrs.

After a pleasant overnight in Ghandruk village with fabulous views our last day of this great trek leads on winding trails and down to reach at Kimche village with grand views of Annapurna South and Huinchuli, from here few hour drive brings you back at Pokhara after a great and wonderful time up in the high mountains.
