Awesome Nepal terms & conditions an important information while joining with us for enjoyable and safe holidays providing you with money worth of excellent services in each and every trip that we run and organize.
Before joining in our trips please remember following guidelines so that problem with you and us will not occur this information will provide you and the company with better understanding before and after your chosen trips in and around Himalayan destinations.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
When you book a trip, please send Awesome Nepal Trek filled forms with full details of your passport and trip chosen including 25% non-refundable trip payment on advance to secure your booking.
On receiving passport details with scanned / photo-copy, along with booking forms, then Awesome Nepal Trek will send you a full confirmation with the deposit and receipt of the advance payment.
Please contact us for direct deposit to our bank account and as well for Credit Card payment we accept Visa / Master Card or any other safe and useable Credit Card with extra 04 % surcharge or as levy charge.
TRIP BOOKING, CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES:
Trip cancellation should be made within 2 weeks minimum of 10 days prior to your arrival in Nepal and must be made in complete writing for the reason of cancellation of the trip from your side.
(I) Cancellation will be valid only after receiving notice by Awesome Nepal Trek and the Trip will be termed as canceled with charge of 30% which will be deducted from your advance payment.
(II) No refund on Cancellation Notice after than 10 days, and if he or she leaves the trip for whatever reason and purpose, either voluntarily or involuntarily, The Company will therefore will not refund or reimburse him or her in this situations.
(III) If prevented from traveling by a genuine circumstance or reasons, for examples, death, injury or serious illness, including close relative or friends, redundancy (jobless) or jury service, you might postpone or transfer your trip to another person, provided he or she meets all the requirements relating to our respective trip chosen must accepts.
(IV) NEPAL PASSPORT & VISAS.
All clients must have valid passport with at least 6 months validity. Nepalese visas can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal.
BHUTAN TRIP BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
In order to book Bhutan trips, you must send TRIP BOOKING FORM prior to 30 days with 25 % Payment in advance. This payment should be done per person.
For direct deposit in our bank account, please contact us, as we have the right to cancel your trip in case you do not pay on time.
Awesome Nepal Trek accepts Visa or Master Card with extra surcharge 04% levy will be added as a processing fee.
If possible, Awesome Nepal Trek accepts your last minute booking prior to twenty days on your arrival date.
BHUTAN CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES:
There will be no refund if he or she cancels the trip or leaves the trip for any reason whatsoever. There will also be no refund for any meals, accommodation or services not used.
(II) If you are prevented from traveling, there will be no refund either. You do not have transferring or postponing options as the Bhutanese government has strict Tourism policies.
BHUTAN VISA-A client must have a passport with at least 6 months validity. As you are unable to obtain visa to Bhutan, you need to send your passport details to us for visa applications at least minimum of 40 days prior to your arrival in Nepal.
TIBET CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHARGES:
(I) Cancellation notice is to be sent 20 days prior to our trip departure date and should be in writing. Cancellation shall be valid only after the approval from us and after the deduction of 50% of the trip amount send to Awesome Nepal Trek as advance payment.
(ii) There will be no refund to clients who provide cancellation notice in less than
20 days. There will also be no refund to clients if he or she leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, Awesome Nepal Trek will not entertain with refunds.
(III) If you are prevented from traveling by a genuine circumstance, for
examples, death, injury or serious illness of the passenger, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, you may postpone or transfer your trip to another person, provided he or she meets all the requirements relating to that tour. A fee of $100.00US per person is required if you postpone or transfer this tour no less than four weeks prior to a trip departure date, if less than 30 days, there will be no refund.
TIBET PASSPORT & VISAS:
You must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from a return date. As you are unable to obtain visa to Tibet, you need to send your passport details to Remarkable Adventure Trek for visa, for this, Awesome Nepal Trek requires your passport at least 20 days prior to your departure date.
Payment for Booking:
You can make the payment either by wire transfer or credit card.

For credit card payments, 4% extra will be levied as a credit card processing fee.
Risk and Liabilities:
All Nepal and Bhutan and Tibet trips under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of respective countries. Awesome Nepal Trek will not be liable for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like change in rules and regulations of the respective country of travel, government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, breakdown of vehicle, etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.
Postpone the trip:
A written notice should be sent to us 30 days prior to the trip departure date.
In case of postpone of Nepal trips, minimum USD 150 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred for the postponed trip.
Awesome Nepal Trek is not liable for any refunds or compensation in case of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason.
If your trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, Remarkable Adventure Trek will arrange another trip for you. So, even if your trip will be not the one you choose, your money will not go in vain.
Your personal belongings:
Awesome Nepal Trek is not liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property. They are at your own risk.
In case you commit any unlawful act during your tour which compels you to leave Nepal, Awesome Nepal Trek will not refund you the amount paid.
With us with no bar on age limit, where children under 16 yrs should be accompanied by responsible parents of guardian as per the areas of trip chosen, similar for very aged person of more than 70 yrs needs to be accompanied by close friend or relatives the area of trekking and tours for different age groups differs.
Special diets and medication:
People with certain problem on dietary and medication, should bring own medication as per your doctor advice with meals please inform us on advance regarding your routine of diets and we will provide accordingly.
Please remember while traveling with Awesome Nepal all clients will be as one family, we might use the photo of trekking and tour with you on the picture for our trip promotion through various medium websites and brochure, in this case Awesome Nepal will inform you so that there won’t be any kinds of misunderstanding of the copyrights, and the company do have the rights to advertise.
