Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu
Day 02: Drive to Pokhara 820 m, 7-8 hrs.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Your first impression of arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport is an experience in itself. But don’t be worried by the apparent confusion as your airport representative will be waiting to welcome you with your name written on a placard. Depending on traffic, you will be at your hotel within 20 minutes or so.
You have time to relax and enjoy the ambiance and comfort of the hotel until your evening Group Meeting. This is when we collect your details and discuss how the trip will run for the coming days. After the meeting, we go for our first group dinner. Your tour leader will take you to a traditional Nepali restaurant in Thamel.
Day 02: Drive to Pokhara 820m, 08 hrs journey distance 220 k.m.
We will take a tourist coach or the private vehicle for the road transportation along the Prithvi Highway to Pokhara. The journey is approximately 7 hours long.
Witness the rural highway environment of Nepal. The scenery seen from the bus is magnificent. Terraced farmlands, rivers, waterfalls, towns, cities and villages are traversed before reaching Pokhara. The city is also known as Lake City and has the panoramic views of mountains along with the lakes. Our hotel is also nearby the lake on Lakeside. Enjoy the fun filled evening at Lakeside. Day 03: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Tikhedhunga 1,440 m - 05 hrs.
After breakfast we will take the private jeep to Nayapul. We will walk on the hilly graveled road along the river for about 20 minutes to reach Birethanti. On this place we will have our permits checked. We will then walk towards Tikhedhunga on the gentle easy trail.
Highlights of this day's trek is the cascading waterfall, hamlet, terraced farmland and green lush forests. Walking is simple and easy as it is on the flatland for most of the time. Overnight at Tikhedhunga.
Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani 2,850m - 08 hrs.
Today is the grueling walking day. After breakfast we will continue walking uphill towards Ghorepani. We will have to achieve approximately 1410 m on this day. Though the trekking is uphill all the way to Ghorepani the green lush forests and streams inside the jungle make it happening. Relish the stunning scenery of mountains and landscape once you are at the Ghorepani. This is densely populated village of Magar and Gurung Tribes along with teahouses. Overnight at Ghorepani
Day 05: Visit Poon Hill and trek to Tadapani 2,640m - 07 hrs.
Early in the morning we will hike for about 45 minutes towards Poon Hill (3210 m) for the sunrise experience. This is the most famous vantage point of Annapurna region. Relish the mountain vista of more than 2 dozens of Mountains. Notably, Dhaulagiri (world's 7th tallest), Annapurna (world's 10th tallest), Manaslu (8th), Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) etc. are spectacularly seen from the hilltop. Morning sun rays coming out of casement of Himalayas is joy to watch. We will capture each splendid moment and return back to teahouse for the breakfast.
After breakfast we will head to Tadapani. We will have to walk uphill and downhill on this junction. However, uphill is comparatively lesser than downhill. Overnight at Tadapani.
Day 06: Trek to Chhomrong village 2,170m - 06 hrs.
After a pleasant morning with views of Annapurna South, Him-chuli and Fish Tail peaks; our walk leads towards Annapurna base camp with overnight stop at Chhomrong village. We will take the downhill walk on morning through serene green lush forest to reach at Ghurjung village. From here a steep climb above Kimrong valley passing through terraced farmlands and walking on stone paved path our walk leads us finally to Chhomrong. This is the last densely populated Gurung Village on ABC Trail.
Day 07: Trek to Dovan 2,600m - 06 hrs.
Leaving Chhomrong, the trail descends via 2500 stone steps and cross the suspension bridge that goes over the Chomrong River. We will have to climb up on a rocky trail where we will cross the beautiful village of Sinuwa, at 2350m. Then we pass through a beautiful forest to Kuldahar at 2380m. We will descend towards Bamboo which is on a very easy trail and after reaching Bamboo our walk is simple uphill towards Dovan. Overnight at Dovan.
Day 08: Trek to Deurali 3,280m - 05 hrs.
We embark on a damp trail adjacent to emerald and jaded bamboo forests, the sweet sound of bamboo leaves rustling in the wind provides aesthetics to the soul, and the zenith of blooming Rhododendrons hail our journey to Deurali.
We will pass the Himalayan Hotel and trek on to Hinko (3020m), a trail lined with petrified trees and burnt sienna foliage. Deurali lies above the ridges of Hinko, and once we reach Deurali, we will retreat to our guesthouse.
Day 09: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp 4,130m - 06 hrs.
The trek begins with a gentle climb through a river bed. The trail then ascends steeply over to the mountain side. After a steady hike, we reach the Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Enjoy the excellent views of the majestic Machhapuchhre along with Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandharva Chuli and Gangapurna.
The vegetation is sparse on our way to ABC and after a mild two-hour uphill climb, we’re finally at the Annapurna Base Camp. At 4130 meters, you will be in the glorious foothills of the magnificent Mt. Annapurna. From the foothills of the 10th tallest mountain in the world, experience the spectacular view of the sun rising on the near-vertical south face of Annapurna towering above us.
The imperial elegance of the snowy mountains, isolated and tranquil atmosphere really creates an interesting holiday moment. The monumental mountains, towering above in astronomical proportions are a sight to behold. From the base camp, we again get to savor mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks. Overnight at Annapurna Base Camp.
Day 10: Trek back to Bamboo 2,310 m - 08 hrs.
We will experience sunrise view over Annapurna Himalayan range early in the morning after a most memorable and enjoyable time at base camp within Annapurna Sanctuary. Retrace the journey on the downhill back into tree lines with few short ups to reach Bamboo.
Day 11: Trek to Jhinu Danda (hot-spring) 1,780m - 06 hrs.
From Bamboo on leaving Modi River gorge climb leads up to Khuldi-Ghar into the forested area, and then a short gradual walk to Sinuwa danda; from here we descend to Chhomrong Khola and again climb on steps to Chhomrong for lunch stop.
After Chhomrong where our route diverts to reach Pokhara, a short downhill walk brings you at scenic and lovely Jhinu village located on a ridge top with views of surrounding landscapes and rolling green hills for the overnight stop. A short descend of 25 minutes reaches you at hot-spring by the Modi River.
Day 12: Trek to road head and drive to Pokhara - 06 hrs.
With enjoyable and refreshing time at Jhinu with natural hot spring leaving the high hills for warmer areas, changing our new direction from here onward on an alternative route to reach Pokhara, a short downhill walk brings another Nayapul (New Bridge), from here back to a small village at Siwai for the drive back to Pokhara after completing a wonderful and fabulous time up in the high mountains.
Day 13: Drive or fly back to Kathmandu.
Morning a scenic drive back to Kathmandu with grand memories of this fantastic and exciting time on Annapurna Base Camp & Poon Hill trekking, an interesting seven hours journey brings you back in Kathmandu.
Day 14: International departure homeward bound.
Our Airport representative and guide will take you to Airport for the farewell. Take back the memories of travel.

Requirements for Annapurna area high altitude Treks:
Annapurna Himalaya region one of the most popular and listed as world Top Ten adventure destinations by several leading Travel Guide Books and magazines including Lonely Planet. Annapurna region offers varied trekking routes from moderate, adventurous to challenging walks that involve high passes above 5,000 meters. For moderate treks for a few days to a week where all trekkers should be physically fit and in sound health, as most of the longer treks takes from 5 hrs to 8 hrs of maximum walks.
Beginners and all interested people can join in Annapurna area trekking for few days or more, truly suitable for family-school / college groups as well to corporate executives, where on this trip requires minimum gear staying overnights in local nice lodges.
Most of the region in Himalayan where walks leads ups and downhills with some gradual portions depending upon your choice of trips and interest. For adventurous walks involves high altitude walks from above 2,500 to 5,000 meters high, with some gradual trails with ups and downhill with the touch of high altitude that makes it's more adventurous.
Challenging and demanding treks which leads you away from main villages in the pure wilderness on the off beaten tracks for some days in complete isolation in the harmony of giant mountains and in the tranquil environment and crossing high passes of above 5,000 m. Passport & Visa Information:
Nepal visa is the easiest visa to obtain; you may buy your Nepal visa at your nearest Nepalese Embassy/ Consulate or Mission offices abroad or buy this upon on arrival to Kathmandu international airport as per your convenient. You have to have 2 passport size photographs, Visa fees in US$ & valid passport at least for 6 months valid at the starting of the trip.
Visa rules apply to all wide world travelers apart from Indian nationality, the transit visa is provided for foreign nationality for 3 days. Visa must be obtained for staying over the initial period of three days. Currently, foreign national can obtain a Nepalese visa from the following border.

On each trip, led by Trek / Group Leader with assistance leader or head guide / Sirdar all our arrangement well planned for safe travel providing insurance to all our field staff and guides including porters.
There is no way to prepare for altitude other than to spend time at altitude with acclimatization days. Being in very good physical condition will help ameliorate some of the exhaustion that people often feel, but it will not prevent altitude caused medical problems such as Acute Mountain Sickness. Our itinerary designed with a high degree of awareness on AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) in mind and to ensure a comfortable and safe adventure trek in the Himalayas. Staying well and hydrated and rest will help a lot.
The maximum elevation on the trek at ABC 4,130 m above sea level. Obviously, this altitude range is high, but this takes slowly as the walk starts from 820m to various altitude range with enough days of good daily walks to get acclimatize on the route before reaching higher ground.
The other trek that involves high altitude is around or Annapurna Circuit which takes you to the highest point at 5,416 on top Thorong-la pass with downhill towards 3,800 m at Muktinath, but on this trips walks gaining heights slowly and gradually with enough time to get acclimatize with the rest day before heading higher level.
Travel Insurance & Vaccination:
All visitors must obtain personal travel insurance to join us for our Himalayan trips. You must be having travel insurance which must cover helicopter evacuation, trip cancellation, and medical expenses. And it is suggested that you buy your insurance policy from your homeland country before traveling as it is difficult buying a local travel insurance policy for foreigners in Nepal.
Vaccination is required to plan for your trip to Nepal but it is not a must to have a thing to come, but highly suggested. Your doctor will have the information on vaccination you would require to the country you will be traveling.
Hepatitis A, Japanese Encephalitis, Polio, Rabies, Tetanus, Typhoid, and Malaria, etc. are the recommended vaccination for traveling to Nepal.
Meals and Accommodations:
While in Kathmandu and in Pokhara, your accommodation is at the 3-star deluxe hotel that comforts your stays in the city and while in the trek, your accommodation is at Mt. Lodge and Guest House which is clean and comfortable. Our entire accommodation is at twin share unless stated but single supplement accommodation is also available on personal request at the additional cost of US$- 200.
In the city, only breakfast is included on the offered trip itinerary but while in trek full board of meals is included (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, and Tea- Coffee).
We provide meals from local tea- house/ Lodge on route treks, breakfast and dinner are to be provided from the same tea- house/ guest house we would overnight but lunch would be on the walk to our designated destination with the overnight stop.
Foods provided depend on the availability of lodges and season-wise in general providing you with Nepalese foods (Dal Bhat), Tibetan fried bread, various soups, Momo’s (steamed dumplings), potatoes, pasta and even a version of pizza! So, overall you have a different choice of food on the trek.
Best trekking Seasons:
Nepal has two best seasons for Annapurna Base Camp and Annapurna Circuit Trekking, we will inform and suggest you choose the right time of the year as far as possible to enjoy this trip with the best weather condition.
Spring: - (March, April, May) - Best warmest time to trek. Rhododendron flowers in bloom- excellent trails and clear skies, best visibility. Good Temperature, the warmest weather of the year.
Autumn: (Mid-September, October, and November) - Excellent trails, clear blue skies, best visibility. Best Time to Trek
Winter Months: - (December, January, and February) are also good, but it’s obviously colder. You have to be prepared for this. It is up to you to plan this trek at this cold time or not.
Summer: Monsoon, so rain and visibility can be a big issue (from Mid-June, July, and August). We do not suggest you this time for the trek unless you are botanical student or lovers of green and flowers which will be the right time but very wet especially around southern Annapurna areas than the northern side.
Support staff (porter):
Our porter is fully equipped and insured for each trip they are undertaking with us. As you know that we are very sincere with the porter issues and their situation while on trek thus we make sure that our porter is fully prepared for the trip. We are closely working with the International Porter Progress Association for the welfare and befit for the touristic porters. The maximum load carried by our porter is 20 to 25 KG maximum so be sure that your trekking bag so not load more than 12 KG.

The following are what we advise you obtain in the way of equipment and gear before trekking in Nepal, and are meant to keep you mobile and comfortable in a range of expected weather conditions. Trekking gear can be rented or purchased in Kathmandu and Pokhara at cheaper prices, there is plenty of choices and our staff can assist you with the necessary arrangements. Except for your daypack, all luggage will be carried by porters. There is an allowance of 33lbs/15kg per person. Additional personal items not needed for the trekking portion of the trip can be checked in the hotel’s storage room for no extra cost.
