Trekking Seasons:
Two best seasons for the trek to Everest Base Camp. As this trip is an adventurous walk, we suggest you join in at the right time of the year as far as possible.

Spring: - (March, April, and May) – Warm days with Rhododendron in flowering times includes clear views of mountains, pleasant Temperature, warmest weather of the year.

Autumn:- (Mid-September, October and November) - Excellent trails, clear blue skies, best visibility. Best Time to Trek

Winter Months: - (December, January, and February) also good, but it’s obviously colder. You have to be prepared for this. It is up to your plan for trek in the cold months.

Summer: - Monsoon, so rain and visibility can be a big issue (from Mid-June, July to August). We do not suggest you this time for the trek.

There is no way to prepare for altitude other than to spend time at the right altitude. Being in good physical condition will help ameliorate some of the exhaustion that people often feel, but it will not prevent altitude problems such as Acute Mountain Sickness. This itinerary is designed with a high degree of awareness of AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) in mind and to ensure a comfortable and safe adventure trek in the Himalayas with much acclimatization days to cope with pre-caution for altitude sickness. Staying well hydrated and getting plenty of rest may help.
